The video manual "RICOH Ri 100 Basic Operation and Maintenance Method", which was engaged as a work by us, was awarded the encouragement prize at the Japan Manual Contest 2018 sponsored by the Technical Communicator Association of the General Foundation.

We have passed “JAPHIC Mark”(Japan Association of Personal and Healthcare Information Control) certification examination. (3rd time to renewal)

We have passed JAPHIC mark certification process,third-party certification system of privacy protection and have been continuously registered as a company.

At the "Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Promotion Company Certification System" conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Olympic Paralympic Prepared Bureau, we were approved as "Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Promotion Company" in 2018.

We were registered and certified as "Hospitality standard".

We were registered and certified as a "Hospitality standard" created by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry aiming to revitalize Japan's service industry and the region.
